Our Farms
Our farm encompasses 15 acres and is situated at an elevation of 900 metres in Hopong, Shan State, which is recognised as the heart of the avocado cultivation region. In addition to our own farm, we collaborate with 200 contract farmers located in various townships across Shan State, including Pinlaung, HsiHseng, Loilen, Taunggyi, Phekhon, Yatsauk, and Pindaya.
While we cultivate a variety of avocado types, our specialisation lies in the Hass variety, chosen for its exceptional taste, high market demand, resistance to diseases, and robust yield. Our product processing involves a combination of in-house sorting and grading machines as well as externally sourced equipment.

Additionally, we manage and oversee a farm nursery where we have been nurturing avocado seedlings since 2016 and coffee seedlings since 2020. These plants are made available for sale once they mature, typically after 4 years. Currently, 60% of our avocado plants are derived from our own seedlings, while our coffee production relies entirely on our self-cultivated seedlings. Presently, we cultivate a total of 2,000 avocado seedlings and 6,000 coffee seedlings annually. Looking ahead to 2025, we aim to increase our coffee seedling count to 10,000 while reducing avocado seedlings to 1,000, anticipating a decreased demand for the latter by that time.

Since we are committed to sustainability, and aim for as little waste as possible in our activities, we have also turned our hand to producing high-quality Hass avocado oil from the fruit that is rejected for sale or export due to its outward appearance. So far our sample batch of 120 litres has sold well in the Thailand market and we intend to produce significantly more in the coming years.
